Move-In / Move-out Service
This service is designed for the empty home after you have moved out or before you move in. Your McMaid Team can do a very thorough clean and disinfect when the home is empty of furniture.
In addition to the tasks in our Gold Maintenance Service, your McMaid team will:
BATHROOMS
- Extra scrubbing on tiles and shower enclosures
- Clean and disinfect inside vanities
- Clean and disinfect inside medicine cabinet
- Scrub and treat mildew

KITCHENS
- Clean and disinfect inside of cabinets and drawers
- Clean inside of refrigerator
- Clean inside of pantry
- Clean inside of oven and range hood

THROUGHOUT THE HOUSE
- Vacuum inside all closets and dust shelves
- Vacuum and edge all carpeting
- Wash all baseboards

- Vacuum and wash all finished hard surface floors
- Hand wipe all light fixtures and ceiling fans on standard height ceilings ( no ornate or crystal chandeliers)
